NRG Energy Center Minneapolis LLC recently named Michael E. Dwyer, CPM, director of sales and marketing. Dwyer comes to the compa-
ny from Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq
where he served as executive vice president
of real estate services. There he was respon-
sible for supervising 60 million sq ft of
office, industrial and retail property in 22
markets and 15 states. He oversaw a divi-
sion of more than 280 property managers,
engineers, accountants and support staff.
Previously Dwyer was executive vice presi-
dent of Opus Property Services for 13 years.
Dwyer has handled properties in multiple
locations, with extensive experience in
downtown Minneapolis. For seven years he
was general manager for the IDS Center, an
NRG Minneapolis customer, where he
gained an appreciation for district energy
service. Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of St. Thomas
and a certificate from the university’s Mini
MBA Program.
Ole Arenfeldt Jensen joined LOGSTOR Group as chief operating offi- cer, effective Dec. 1. Based in the compa- ny’s main office in
Loegstoer, Denmark, he has also been
appointed to head LOGSTOR’s European
District Energy Division. Jensen takes over
the responsibility of managing director of
LOGSTOR A/S in Denmark from President
and Chief Executive Officer Preben
Tolstrup, who continues as company chairman. As COO, Jensen joins the LOGSTOR
Group’s Executive Committee. He comes to
his new position from plastic pipe manufacturer Nordisk Wavin A/S, where he served
as managing director for the past nine
years. Jensen brings with him extensive
experience as a supplier of infrastructure
products to the European market.
