IDEA has reserved hotel rooms
at the conference hotel and has
secured special room rates for its
attendees. Single and Double rates
are $219.00 + local tax. This block
will be held until January 14, 2012
or until the block is full. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a
major credit card. You have until 6:00 PM on the night of
your arrival to cancel your reservation without penalty.

Business attire recommended, especially for our speakers.
Cancellation Policy Conference registration cancellations received before January 16, 2012 will be refunded less a $200 processing fee. Non-refundable after January 16, 2012. IDEA cannot be responsible for travel related delays or cancellations due to weather.

accessed right from the hotel lobby.
Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) is one mile
from the hotel and complimentary shuttle service is available from 6:00am-11:00pm. Pick-up locations are the
A Gates and Doors 5 and 9, in the B and C Concourse
Lower Level.
Washington, DC/Dulles (IAD) is 28 miles from the hotel.
Taxis are approximately $45.00 each way.
Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood
Marshall Airport (BWI) is 55 miles from the hotel.
Southwest serves BWI. There is a Super Shuttle for
