IDEA has secured special room rates for its attendees. Single and
double rates are $189 and will be available until May 21, 2010
or until the block is full. To make a reservation online you may use

(317) 262-8100 and identify yourself as part of the IDEA conference to
receive the $189 group room rate. A deposit equal to one night’s room
and tax is required to hold each guest’s reservation. These deposits are
refundable if notice is received by the hotel at least 48 hours prior to
arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Attire for the conference sessions is business casual. Speakers and
panelists are advised to wear business attire. The chairman’s banquet
will be at the hotel and is business attire.
