Entry Visas & Airport Transportation
It is important that you contact the Consular Office or
Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in your country for
the latest information on visa requirements as they may
have changed.
To arrange for a Visa, pre-arranged airport ground transfer
(AED 170 - $46 US) or Marhaba – Dubai’s meet and greet
service (AED 200 - $54 US; note the maximum of 3 passengers in a car), please see IDEA’s website to download an
application form from the Intercontinental Dubai Festival
City hotel. Please return the completed application to the
Intercontinental hotel via the email address provided on
the application form or fax it to 971-04-7012223.
Hotel Information
Inspired by a graceful sailboat, InterContinental Dubai
Festival City stands tall near Dubai Creek amidst business
and shopping districts and is close to Burj Dubai, Business
Bay; Dubai World Trade Centre, Bastakiya, Dubai Museum
and Al Mamzar Beach Park. The five-star luxury hotel
opened in late 2007.
IDEA has negotiated a special room rate of AED 1150.00
(approx. $313 US) for a single or double room per night.
IDEA has reserved rooms from Saturday, October 10
through October 13, which will be held until September 13
or until the block of reserved rooms is gone. If you require
a room before or after these dates, please contact the
hotel directly to secure your reservation.

Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00 hours and check-out is
