Prior to improvements, the chilled water T was between 6° F and 7°F

Increased the chilled water delta T from between 6° F and 7° F to between 12° F and 19° F.

Plus, hydraulic modeling of the chilled water system at NYU Medical Center resulted in the removal of nearly 1,300 horsepower of pumps and a demand reduction of almost a megawatt. And at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, modifications to the pump configuration and piping distribution reduced peak electrical demand by 1.2 MW.
