Spouse/Guest Activities

IDEA encourages you to bring your family and discover all that Nashville has to offer. The tour of Music City USA on Sunday afternoon is a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. Both conference attendees and guests are encouraged to hop aboard and get a glimpse of the multitude of activities you can enjoy during your stay. (The tour is an extra fee for conference registrants, but is included in spouse/guest and children’s registration fees.)

IDEA has also planned a tour of two magnificent
plantation homes on Monday and then you can
venture out on your own Tuesday. The hotel is
a short walk from the Country Music Hall of Fame and the
Ryman Auditorium. The hotel’s concierge will be available to
offer other suggestions for exploring the city on your own at
your own pace.
A spouse/guest registration also includes receptions in the
exhibit hall on Sunday and Monday and the dinner at the Wildhorse Saloon on Sunday, along with the
Chair’s Banquet on Tuesday night. Child’s registration does not include chair’s banquet.
