Air Travel
Nashville’s airport is designed to keep you moving. Easy traffic
flow makes it simple to reach any of the terminal’s 47 gates serviced by 17 airlines including major carriers and their regional
partners. Flights are available from 86 markets; 49 are nonstop,
including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis,
New Orleans, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto and Washington.
International attendees: All international attendees are urged
to contact their consulate, embassy or travel agent regarding the
necessity of obtaining a visa for entry into the United States. If
you need a letter of invitation to attend the conference, fax us

request. Please allow plenty of time for document processing.
Ground Transportation
Travel time to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel from the Nashville
International Airport is approximately 25 minutes, depending on
the mode of transportation and the traffic conditions.
All ground transportation is accessible on the first level of the
airport. The distance to downtown Nashville is approximately 25
minutes. Taxis charge a flat fee of $22. Car rentals, scheduled bus,
van and limousine services are provided by several companies
from the airport. Ticket counters are located in the ground level
for all ground transportation services. The airport has a customer
service attendant stationed curbside each day from 6: 30 a.m. to
11: 30 p.m. to provide assistance with transportation needs.

The Renaissance Nashville Hotel is the host
hotel for the 97th Annual Conference & Trade
Show. Centrally located in Downtown Music
City, USA, and directly connected to the
Nashville Convention Center, the Renaissance
Nashville Hotel is within easy walking distance
of the city’s dining and entertainment district.

Attire
Attire for the conference sessions is business casual. Speakers and
panelists are advised to wear business attire. The chairman’s ban-
quet is the only event that requires business or semi-formal attire.
The average high temperature in Nashville in June is about 87
degrees F, with lows about 65 F.
