Thermal Energy Metering

System 1010E is intended for high precision custody transfer or efficiency optimization of thermal energy production. It’s ideal for both chilled and hot water HVAC installations. It is available in a rugged high precision clamp-on meter or clamp-on spool for 1/4” - 360” (6mm – 9000mm) diameter pipes. The flowmeter simply attaches to the outside of any pipe with RTD’s available in both insert and strap-on. Immediately monitors and trends the energy consumption of liquid thermal energy applications at any flow rate. It provides all industry standard analog/digital data outputs and has a large backlit LCD digital graphics data display.

Single and dual channel, portable and fixed NEMA 4X models are available. Dual channel models can be configured as dual path to improve short piping configurations. As a stand-alone thermal energy meter, System 1010E can become a remote communication module for all utilities sub-metering in a location.
